Arthur and his team did a great job. Our project involved the removal of carpet in a fairly large-sized living room and the installation of hardwood flooring. Arthur was able to get to our job quickly and communicated at every step of the way. He gave us a complimentary text that morning to let us know when he would arrive. His style is very generous, courteous, and customer-focused. The team was pleasant, worked quietly and did high quality work. As projected, our project took a full day and involved a lot of movement around the house, garage and driveway due to the location of the materials and the need to incorporate power tools and saws to do the custom cutting and trimming required. They helped with moving some large furniture and promptly sealed off the living room by hanging plastic and laying down protection over the floor. It started to rain and they needed to move some of the outside sawing and cutting into our garage. When doing so the team covered the garage floor, our deep freeze and car. Arthur pivoted a couple times during the day when the supplier had not given us a couple pieces necessary to complete the job as planned. Arthur, responding to duty, left and returned with the missing materials and the whole production never missed a beat. When the job was done they packed up and cleaned up in a way that you would never believe anyone was ever here. Our new floor transitions seamlessly from the pre-existing hardwood in other areas of the house.
